Broadway’s Tony-winning costume and scenic designer Clint Ramos, whose recent work includes “Slave Play” and “Once On This Island,” has listed his Washington Heights co-op for $699,000.

The two-bedroom, one-bathroom unit is on the third floor of West Gate House, an Art Deco building at 870 W. 181st St.

Ramos bought the light-filled unit for $384,916 in 2009, according to city property records — meaning he’s poised to almost double his money in 10 years.

The recently renovated unit includes a kitchen with a butler’s pantry and open shelving and an open living/dining room. There are also large closets, high ceilings and original parquet floors.

Building amenities include a live-in super, bike storage, storage lockers, courtyard gardens, laundry and 24-hour camera security.

The listing broker is Corcoran’s Jeff Gardner.
