Broadway director and producer Rob Roth has just dropped the price of his apartment at 555 W. 59th St.

It is now asking $2.19 million — down from its $2.59 million asking price in January.

Roth was nominated for a Tony for his Broadway directorial debut, “Beauty and the Beast,” and went on to direct “Elaborate Lives: The Legend of Aida,” collaborating with Elton John and Tim Rice. He also wrote “WARHOLCAPOTE” based on tape-recorded conversations between Andy Warhol and Truman Capote.

The two-bedroom, two-bathroom home comes with an open kitchen, floor-to-ceiling windows with city views and private outdoor space.

Roth bought the unit for $2.07 million in 2008.

The listing brokers are Douglas Elliman’s Paige Neuhauser, Kirk Rundhaug and Cavarly Garrett.
