The sprawling five-bedroom, three-bathroom duplex loft at 131 W. 24th St. is 4,200 square feet and comes with keyed elevator access.

Special features include double-height, 18-foot-9-inch ceilings in the living room, along with a library, a family room and a gym.

There are also charming details like exposed brick and lots of entertainment space.

The couple has hosted several charity events in their home.

Maintenance is $3,000 a month in the seven-story building that dates back to 1901.

The listing brokers are Lee Ann Jaffee and Ross Evangelista, of Compass.
