Benjamin Scheuer, the writer and star of “The Lion” — a one-man autobiographical musical that won a 2015 Drama Desk award — has put his apartment at 720 Greenwich St. on the market for $1.49 million.

He bought the loft for $1.22 million in 2012 from Ricky Van Veen, co-founder of CollegeHumor.
