Married Compass brokers Toni Haber and Carol Burns just bought a two-bedroom, 2,414-square-foot unit at 443 Greenwich, the latest celebrity “it” building.

Celebrities who have bought units in the Tribeca condo so far include Rebel Wilson, Meg Ryan, Jake Gyllenhaal, and pop star Justin Timberlake and his actress wife Jessica Biel. Haber and Burns’ pad was last asking $7.15 million.

Haber recently represented the buyer of a $47 million penthouse at 56 Leonard, Tribeca’s Jenga tower-shaped building. Speaking of penthouses, we hear that the $58 million one at 443 Greenwich has found a buyer — for a price in the $43 million price range.

The five-bedroom, six-bathroom unit with its own pool measures 8,569 square feet.
