Real estate maven and “Shark Tank” TV personality Barbara Corcoran and her husband, former FBI agent William Higgins, have plunked down $10 million on an 11-room penthouse duplex at 1158 Fifth Ave.

The sellers were interior and landscape designer Pamela Scurry and her husband, Richard, now retired. It hit the market in late 2013 for $14.5 million, then underwent several price chops.

The penthouse has a gorgeous landscaped terrace, solarium and conservatory.

The listing brokers were Nikki Field and Patricia Wheatley of Sotheby’s International Realty.
