Corcoran and Toll Brothers City Living is handling sales for the project.
That means Stribling-Kivlan will be near her mother, real estate maven Elizabeth “Libba” Stribling — the founder of Stribling & Associates — who was a pioneer when she moved from the Upper East Side to neighboring condo One Brooklyn Bridge Park.
She bought a 12th-floor unit there for $6.32 million in 2009, and a “guest” studio for $534,582 in 2013.
Like mother, like daughter.
