The Brooklyn carriage house one block from Jason Sudeikis and Olivia Wilde’s townhouse can be yours for $4.49 million — down from its $4.8 million ask last October.

The 1849 home, at 433 Waverly Ave. along Clinton Hill’s “carriage house row,” is 22 feet wide and measures 3,300 square feet — with 1,000 square feet outside. It features a 20-foot garden with a cherry tree and teak fences.

Over the years, the home has been rented by Kevin Spacey and has appeared in two episodes of “Worst Cooks in America” with Anne Burrell and Bobby Flay.

“It’s a special place. You don’t feel like you are in New York City,” says Douglas Elliman broker Kathleen Perkins, who is both the home’s owner and its listing broker. It’s currently configured as a two-bedroom duplex and a first-floor two-bedroom, but could become a single-family residence.

The home mixes striking design with original details, like exposed pine beams and brick walls, with 19th-century paneled doors.

There’s also a 40-foot living room, an open dining room and a large chef’s kitchen.
