Stephen Maharam, the COO of textile company Maharam Fabric Corp. — which sold to Herman Miller in 2013 for $156 million — and wife Camila Pastor just bought a townhouse at 323 Pacific St. in Brooklyn’s Boerum Hill for $7.87 million, according to city property records.

The five-bedroom, seven-bathroom pad is 5,895 square feet and 25 feet wide.

It was first asking $11 million in 2016.

The home features a 700-square-foot chef’s kitchen/dining area with a wall of windows overlooking a rear garden. There’s also a butler’s pantry, a library, multiple fireplaces and a private rear garden — along with an elevator and a snow-melting radiant-heated driveway for those cold winter days.

If this home is anything like their previous one — a kid-friendly 4,500-square-foot, four-bedroom Chelsea penthouse at 109 W. 26th Street that was featured in New York magazine in 2012 and is now on the market for $8.99 million — this one will also be sure to inspire.

The listing brokers were Douglas Elliman’s Alex Maroni, Raphael De Niro and Maggie Leigh Marshall.
