Call it a “model” unit.
Louisiana-born Sports Illustrated Swimsuit cover model Brooks Nader and her three model sisters were recently spotted in Harlem at 145 Central Park North, our spies say.
Nader and her sisters — Sarah Jane, Grace Ann and Mary Holland — were at the uptown building to shoot a home/office fragrance campaign for Aroma360 in a 12th-floor residence that’s on the market for $4 million.
The four-bedroom, three-bath condo is 1,757 square feet and, as its address suggests, boasts Central Park views.
Design details include white oak floors, floor-to-ceiling windows framed in white oak with motorized shades, a fireplace and outdoor space that includes a private rooftop terrace.
The main bedroom comes with park views, deep closets and an ensuite bath.

Built in 2020, the 13-story, 37-unit building comes with amenities including a gym, a children’s playroom, a residents’ lounge and a common roof deck with city skyline views.
The listing broker is Joe Curry of Nest Seekers. At the time of the fragrance shoot, Mike Fabbri was also on the listing, but has since moved to the Agency.
