Bruce Willis’ former Beverly Hills home has sold off-market for $41.25 million, sources told The Post.
It’s the second-highest residential sale in Los Angeles County so far this year.
News of the deal was first reported by the Real Deal.
The Mediterranean-style dwelling at 1005 Benedict Canyon Drive was built in 1928 and has been extensively renovated with additions over the years.

The couple purchased the property from Willis for $16.5 million in 2014. (Willis, the “Die Hard” and “Pulp Fiction” legend, had bought it a decade earlier for $9 million from producer Alan Ladd Jr.)
The listing brokers were Jon Grauman, Adam Rosenfeld, and Bennett Bidwell of Resident Group. Carl Gambino and John Bercsi of the Gambino Group at Compass represented the buyer, whose identity was immediately unknown.
The Alberinis have also listed an adjacent home asking $17.99 million that they had purchased for $15.75 million in 2021, according to reports.
