Bruce Willis’ name goes far in the real estate biz.

So far, in fact, that it took less than a week for his Upper West Side apartment to enter contract.

The three-bedroom, 3½-bathroom unit is on the fourth floor of the famed El Dorado, located at 300 Central Park West.

It was on the market for $12.99 million. Willis and his wife, Emma Heming, love the neighborhood, we hear.

However, now that the couple has two little ones, the family is looking for a bigger nest.

The home, which used to belong to U2’s Adam Clayton, includes Central Park views, “loft-like entertainment spaces,” according to the listing, and a corner master bedroom suite with a spa bathroom and steam shower and a dressing room.

The chef’s kitchen was made from two maids’ rooms. Douglas Elliman’s Ann Cutbill Lenane had the listing.
