This Gramercy Park co-op was once home to the late burlesque star Sherry Britton, born Edith Zack, who performed in the 1930s and early 1940s.

At 5-foot-3, she had an 18-inch waist (long before the days of Photoshop) and took her stage name from a bottle of Harvey’s Bristol Cream Sherry.

She lived in this unit at 60 Gramercy Park North until her death in 2008 at age 89.

The three-bedroom spread is now on the market for $5.29 million, following a broker swap.

That’s less than the sellers paid when they bought it for $5.6 million in 2014. The unit comes with a key to Gramercy Park, as well as views of the park from nine of its 17 windows.

The decor, from interior designer Starrett Ringborn, features an entry foyer with a painted black and white floor and banana leaf wallpaper.

There’s also an open chef’s kitchen, a woodburning fireplace, surround sound and lots of storage.

Building amenities include a doorman, bike storage, a gym and a live-in super.

The listing broker is Mary Ellen Cashman of Compass.
