That Melinda Witmer, a top Spectrum cable exec, is selling her renovated Tudor home in Scarsdale, NY, for $4.28 million. Witmer was ranked one of the top 100 women in entertainment by the Hollywood Reporter in 2013; at that time, she managed $5 billion and 34 channels for Time Warner Cable, which Spectrum swallowed in 2016 in a $65 billion deal.
The five-bedroom home at 31 Whig Road is 7,518 square feet and sits on 0.42 acres.
It was built in 1930.
