The former home of celebrity wedding planner Colin Cowie at 12 E. 12th St. will soon hit the market for $12.49 million.

In March, Page Six reported that Cowie, who’s planned events for Oprah Winfrey, Jennifer Lopez and Kim Kardashian, proposed to his boyfriend Danny Peuscovich on a trip to South Africa. (Gimme Shelter has also profiled Cowie in a different former apartment at 27 W. 19th St., which had a hidden wet bar.)

The East 12th Street condo, between Fifth Avenue and University Place, is a sprawling 6,000 square feet.

The owners purchased it in 1989; Cowie was a tenant. A key-locked elevator opens directly into the loft, which features two terraces measuring 27 and 78 square feet, nearly 12-foot ceilings and lots of windows.

It is currently configured as a four-bedroom with two home offices, three bathrooms and a powder room.

There’s an 80-foot-long great room with a gallery, beamed ceilings, a chef’s kitchen, a formal dining room and a wall of glass that looks onto outdoor space.

The building dates to 1907 and was converted to condos in 1982.

The listing brokers are Leonard Steinberg, Jack Elliot Heard and Heema Khedr of Compass.
