If you’re looking to live like a celeb in Beverly Hills, the time to act is now.

The star-studded Los Angeles enclave, where luxury is the norm, has seen some big names making big-deal property moves in recent weeks.

Let’s take a look at who’s selling.

Rocker Trent Reznor of Nine Inch Nails fame has listed his 4,317-square-foot digs for $4.49 million, according to last week’s reports. If he sells the pad for that ask, he stands to make a (just a) bit of a profit. Reznor got the 0.57-acre property for $4.18 million in 2007, according to Variety.

The spread includes a double-height living room, a see-through double-sided fireplace and an outdoor fireplace located on the master suite’s private loggia. The five-bedroom, four-bathroom home also features a built-in fire pit in the backyard, a terrace for sunbathing and ― coolest of all― a garage that was converted into a soundproof media studio.

The duo of Danny DeVito and Rhea Perlman are selling their Beverly Hills manse in an off-market deal, according to reports, which add that it’s trading somewhere around $24 million.

But due to the home’s off-market status, its listing details are pretty scant. Built in the French country style, this roughly 15,000-square-foot gated manse comes with a 35mm screening room, staff quarters, indoor and outdoor pools, as well as a guest house.

Outdoors, the nearly 2-acre landscaped grounds have gardens and stone terraces.

Paris Latsis― the Greek shipping heir and socialite who shares a first name with former fiancée Paris Hilton― is trying once more to sell his Beverly Crest Drive home, this time for $14.99 million. In 2008, he listed it for $15 million, then repeated the process in 2010 with a $13.75 price tag, reports say.

It comes with star cred: Diddy leased the property for four years before moving out three months ago, sources tell us.

Gated and set back from the street, this five-bedroom manse looks out to the city skyline and ocean views through walls of glass. The master suite, located on the upper level, comes with a terrace, fireplace and dual vanities in the en-suite bathroom. There’s a glass and stainless steel staircase, as well as an elevator, that connect this level to the one below.

On this lower level, the buyer will get a media room, a family room that opens to an infinity pool and spa, and three other bedrooms that each come with a terrace.
