Bradley Reifler, the flamboyant founder and CEO of Forefront Capital, is once again listing his 145-acre Dutchess County estate, Sky Blue Farm — this time for $14.5 million, down from $23 million.

The property includes a 13,100-square-foot Georgian Colonial mansion with five bedrooms. It also has a pool, movie theater,  shooting range and skating rink.

There’s also an 18-horse stable, 20,000-square-foot indoor riding ring, and tennis court. Nearby neighbors include Liam Neeson and James Earl Jones. The listing broker is Paula Del Nunzio, of Brown Harris Stevens.
