A charming 1830 red brick townhouse once rented by Channing Tatum is on the market again as a $20,000 a month rental. The four-story two-bedroom, 2,600-square-foot home, at 155 Duane St., comes with open-steel stairs, original pine beams and an atrium.

The first floor is a duplex office. The second floor has a guest bedroom, bathroom, sitting room and private office while the third floor contains the master bedroom suite with spa bathroom. The fifth floor boasts the chef’s kitchen and a living room with an original mechanical hoist at the top of a five-story atrium — the home was allegedly used in the Civil War to make antiseptic soap. There’s also a grand piano, sleeper sofa and love seat. The owner is W. Robert Curtis, a legal malpractice lawyer and writer. Tatum lived here in the summer of 2012.

The listing broker is Patricia Levan, of Levan Real Estate.
