Finally, Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick’s Greenwich Village townhouse is getting some love.

Despite being ogled on the Internet, it took time — and a price drop and broker switch — for this classic townhouse to sell.

The 1846 beauty, at 20 E. 10th St., is now in contract. The last asking price was $19.95 million.

The 25-foot-wide spread measures 6,800 square feet. The garden floor boasts a chef’s kitchen, marble wall fireplace and a split-level garden.

There’s also a guest floor with three bedrooms and a master suite floor with a private terrace, an “imported stone” fireplace and a “hand-carved stone” tub in the spa bathroom.

The listing brokers are John Gomes and Fredrik Eklund, both of Douglas Elliman, who declined comment.

They took over the listing in December. It previously hit the market in 2012 under the Sotheby’s banner for $24.99 million.
