The Atlanta-based restaurant chain Chick-fil-A, which has become a local favorite for both its food and Eat Mor Chikin Cows, has signed a 12,000-square-foot deal to open at 711 Lexington Ave. between East 57th and 58th streets in Bloomie’s and Bloomberg country.

The small building previously housed a Modell’s and includes the ground, lower-level and second floors.

Jeremy Ezra, Richard Gelber and Bradley Some of RKF repped the restaurant chain, while the building was represented by Brett Weinblatt in-house at Solil Management.

The companies declined to comment further on the deal, which was quietly completed at the end of 2017.
