Fashion icon and actress Chloe Sevigny has sold her Brooklyn apartment for $2.7 million, according to city property records.

She bought the home for $2.05 million in 2013. Mansion Global and the Real Deal’s Luxury Listings site first reported the closed sale.

The four-bedroom, three-bathroom Park Slope home, at 9 Prospect Park West, comes with beamed ceilings, a fireplace and park views.

Listed in November 2016, the stylish apartment was only on the market for a few weeks before the contract was signed the following month. The deal just closed on March 24.

Old listing photos show she renovated the place to great effect.

Residents in the building include Senator Chuck Schumer. Past residents include former governor Hugh Carey.

9 Prospect Park West offers a full-time dooman, additional storage in the basement and bicycle storage.

The listing brokers were J Eric Becker and Quinn Hagstrand of Corcoran.
