Legendary model Christie Brinkley is no longer the model resident of her waterfront Sag Harbor mansion.

Brinkley is in contract to sell that spread, at 1 Fahys Road, for just under its most recent $17.5 million asking price. She’s tried selling it multiple times over the past several years for as much as $20 million; in 2017, she told The Post that she hasn’t “had the time to use the house as much as I used to.”

The property sits on 4.44 acres, and has 327 feet of beach frontage, a bayside pool and gardens, as The Post previously reported.

The wood-shingled home has five bedrooms and four fireplaces across 5,500 square feet.

Built in 1843, other touches include columns and wide-plank pine floors. Its master suite features a private terrace that look out to “panoramic harbor vistas.”

The listing broker, Douglas Elliman’s Enzo Morabito, didn’t return calls. We hear the buyer was represented by Corcoran’s Susan Breitenbach.
