Australian model Jasmine Dwyer — who’s walked for Prada, LaQuan Smith and Christian Cowan and is the face of luxury British jeweler Graff — has been house-hunting in Manhattan. She recently toured a $30,000 per month penthouse rental at 199 Mott St. in Nolita.

It’s the same unit that supermodel Cindy Crawford and nightlife guru Rande Gerber eyed back in December, when it was on the market for $10 million.

The three-bedroom, three-bathroom, 3,088-square-foot unit comes with a keyed elevator (that opens directly into the apartment) and a private roof terrace (a bonus for Dwyer, who currently lives in Soho but wants more outdoor space for her foster dogs).

The seller, Ratmir Sardarov, bought the place for $10.8 million in 2015; the listing broker is Jaf Glazer of Conquest Advisors
