Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber just shelled out $3 million for a two-bedroom, three-bathroom Miami Beach condo.

Located at the prestigious Ritz-Carlton Residences, the canal-front residence is a lower penthouse unit spanning over 2,800 square feet.

The listing first hit the market Nov. 13.

The home boasts floor-to-ceiling glass windows with views of Biscayne Bay and downtown Miami. Featuring an open-floor plan, the corner residence is immersed in sunlight.

It also comes with a semi-private elevator, a private foyer, spacious living areas, and natural stone and wood flooring.

The bathrooms and kitchen are designed by the Boffi brand, with Lualdi oversized doors.

It even offers reserved boat slips on a private waterway.

Other features of the building include a club room, a pool table, a virtual golf simulation room, a spa and a gym, described as “day-to-day living as extensions of one’s home.”

Former model Crawford, 55, and businessman Gerber, 58, join other notable inhabitants of the Residences, including former Mets player Mike Piazza, who was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2016.

In 2018, Gerber and his partners, George Clooney and Mike Meldman, sold their Casamigos Tequila for $1 billion. They launched the company in January 2013.

The couple have two children — a 21-year-old son, Presley Gerber, and a 19-year-old daughter, Kaia Gerber.
