Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber are continuing their Nolita house hunt by touring a $9.99 million penthouse at 199 Mott St.

“They toured it together just before Thanksgiving,” a spy tells Gimme Shelter.

This news comes on the heels of the power couple eyeing a $13.75 million full-floor condo at 152 Elizabeth St., as we reported in October.

This 3,088-square-foot Mott Street penthouse is also on the market as a $30,000-a-month rental.

The owner, listed in city records as Ratmir Sardarov, bought the unit for $10.79 million in 2015 and first listed it for $11.65 million in 2017.

The penthouse spans a full floor and comes with three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a private roof terrace. It opens, via a keyed elevator, to a 50-foot entertaining space.

There’s a windowed library/media room off of the living room as well as an open kitchen.

In 2018, supermodel Crawford and entertainment mogul Gerber sold their Malibu compound for $45 million, keeping an adjacent 2.75 acres for themselves.

The Mott Street penthouse’s listing broker is Jaf Glazer, of Conquest Advisors, who did not return calls for comment.
