Paramount CEO and chairman Brad Grey and his wife, Cassandra, are selling their full-floor home at the Carlyle for $22.5 million, Gimme Shelter has learned.
Although they are based in LA, the couple will be looking for bigger family-style digs in New York, as they are expecting their first child in September.
They bought the 3,000-square-foot, 26th-floor spread, which includes hotel amenities such as maid and room service and dramatic views of Central Park, for $15.5 million in 2011.
The listing broker is Deborah Grubman of The Corcoran Group.
