Dreadlocked Ralph Lauren model Morgan O’Connor recently eyed a two-bedroom, two-bathroom, 2,200-square-foot co-op loft at 3 Great Jones St. that’s on the market for $3.25 million.

But the visit covered more than just scoping out the unit: O’Connor held an impromptu jam session while touring the duplex, and a video of it appears on YouTube.

The listing brokers of the apartment, which was converted from a 19th-century stable house, are Ilan Bracha and Hila Peled, of Keller Williams.
