CNBC “Squawk on the Street” and “Power Lunch” co-anchor Sara Eisen and her husband Matthew Levine, Bloomberg TV’s head of programming, are tuning into a new home — and putting their Chelsea digs in the Spears Building, at 525 W. 22nd St., on the market for $2.59 million.

The fourth-floor unit, which was fully renovated, is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom loft.

It comes with details like 12-foot beamed ceilings, exposed brick walls, oversize windows and polished concrete floors.

An oak barn door separates the living area from the second bedroom, which could be an office, guest room or nursery, the listing notes.

The couple bought the loft in 2014 for $2.33 million, according to city property records.

The brick building, which dates to 1893, is a former manufacturing building converted to a condo in 1996.

Amenities include access to a planted roof terrace and bike storage. The listing brokers are CORE’s Adrian Noriega and Natalie Eisen.
