CNN anchor Don Lemon is putting his Harlem home on the market for $1.75 million.
And naturally, he has tapped his fiancé, Douglas Elliman broker Tim Malone, to list it.
The three-bedroom unit — converted to a spacious two-bedroom with 2½ bathrooms — is at 2280 Frederick Douglass Boulevard, also known as 2280 FDB.

He formerly owned a one-bedroom unit next door, too — a spread he bought in 2014 for $867,780 in what appeared to be an effort buy up adjacent units to combine. But he sold that second apartment for $969,000 in 2017.
The condo for sale features an entry foyer that leads to an open dining/living area with a balcony. There’s also a chef’s kitchen and a larger corner master suite with lots of closet space and a spa-like bathroom with a soaking tub.
“They love the neighborhood and are staying, but they outgrew the space,” a spy said.
Building amenities include a doorman, onsite parking and a roof deck.
Malone has the listing with fellow Elliman broker Steven Cohen.
