Rowland Coffee Roasters heir Jose Enrique Souto has listed his elegant home in Coral Gables, Fla., for $23 million.

The manse, at 23 Tahiti Beach Island Road, is a sprawling 14,899 square feet. It was designed by architect Ramon Pacheco with interiors by Bea Pila.

The modern property features seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a screening room, a spa, a covered cabana and kitchen area, a stunning pool and a waterfront with a dock and direct ocean access.

Souto declined to be interviewed.
