It’s located in a hidden row of 10 townhouses named Sniffen Court, which later housed stars like Claudia Schiffer and Lenny Kravitz.

The gated enclave was used as stables during the Civil War era.

Porter’s former pad has five bedrooms and four bathrooms, over 3,865 square feet.

Porter, whose musical work includes the famed “Anything Goes,” was rumored to have stashed a boyfriend nearby at 4 Sniffen Court.

The listing broker was Corcoran’s Lydia Sussek.

Warburg Realty’s Elizabeth O’Neill and Joy Grossman repped the buyers, named as architectural firm Fairfax & Sammons.
