Colton Underwood is getting ready to settle down.

Nearly a month after the former “Bachelor” star debuted his not-so-well-received Netflix reality series called “Coming Out Colton,” he shelled out $3.185 million with partner Jordan Brown for a California abode, The Post can confirm.

The 29-year-old NFL hopeful-turned-reality star and his democratic political strategist boyfriend closed on the home on Dec. 29, records show.

Located in the Sherman Oaks area of Los Angeles, the property is made up of four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and spans over 3,300 square feet.

Dubbed a “former celebrity compound” in the listing, this is the same property that was purchased in March 2006 for $2.1 million by Jessica Simpson’s now-divorced parents, Joe Simpson and Tina Drew.

They sold the property in late 2020 for the same amount they paid.

Initially built in 1975, the home has since seen a bevy of upgrades, which includes  European white oak floors throughout, an expansive kitchen, a great room and a primary suite with a spa-like bathroom that includes a freestanding tub, according to the listing.

Outdoor amenities include a dining area and fire pit, a pool and raised spa.

Dougal Murray with Keller Williams Realty-Studio City held the listing.

The Dirt was the first to report the transaction.

The move to buy the home comes less than a year after Underwood went on “Good Morning America” with his father by his side to come out as gay, shocking Bachelor nation who saw him whisk away contestant Cassie Randolph on the show.

After their tumultuous split following an 18-month long relationship, Randolph was granted a restraining order against Underwood after he allegedly placed a tracking device on her car, and was accused of continuously harassing and stalking her.

“I would like to say sorry for how things ended,” Underwood said in the interview. “I messed up. I made a lot of bad choices.”

“It made it more confusing for me. I loved everything about her,” he said. “I wish that I would’ve been courageous enough to fix myself before breaking anyone else.”

In his docu-series, Lance Bass criticized Underwood for “monetizing the experience” of being gay.

Meanwhile, Underwood, who has been linked to Brown since September, officially confirmed his relationship in an Instagram post showing the two of them standing in front of a Christmas tree alongside his dog Zooka, with the caption, “Merry Christmas.”
