Composer Jonathan Sheffer is selling his Greenwich Village townhouse for $19 million.
Built in the 1800s, the 24.5-foot landmarked Greek Revival townhouse is at 39 W. 10th St.
It comes with filed and approved plans by architect Steven Harris and has already been gutted for renovation.
The listing brokers are Steve Dawson and Josh Wesoky of Compass.
