After leaving Self in 2014, Lucy founded Hintd, an online shopping platform. And now, she’s heading The Beet, a recently launched plant-based food site that includes recipes and tips. James is an art gallerist.

Their former three-bedroom, two-bathroom prewar co-op at 1133 Park Ave. features a formal entry foyer that leads to a windowed living room and an oversize windowed dining room, separated by arched pocket doors.

The bedroom wing features a corner master suite with double exposures of Brick Church and Park Avenue. There’s also a large eat-in kitchen with a home office. Additional features include hardwood floors, a decorative fireplace and intricate moldings.

The listing brokers were Victoria Hersh and Allison Chiaramonte, of Warburg Realty.
