Calvin Klein’s women’s creative director, Francisco Costa, is selling his two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment at 220 Madison Ave. in Murray Hill that he shares with his longtime partner, horse trainer John DeStefano Jr. The asking price is $2.3 million.
All of the work, Costa tells Gimme Shelter, has been custom-done and featured repeatedly in shelter magazines.
“We love the apartment, and the area. It’s just that after seven years here, it’s time for a change,” he says.
“It’s a classic apartment, but really modern because of all the details — contemporary but also chic.” The broker is Melissa Hernandez, of Douglas Elliman.
