Leonardo, Donatello, Michelangelo and Raphael, led by mutant ninja rat Splinter, may eat pizza while living in a sewer, but the couple who made them famous has lived fabulously in a gated mansion in Brookville, on the North Shore of Long Island.

That 12,341-square-foot home, on 8 acres at 1 Vista Lane, is now on the market for $11.8 million.

Mark and Renay Freedman, of Surge Licensing Inc., spearheaded the smashing international success of “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles” after spotting them in an obscure comic book from the 1980s.

The Freedmans are still building brands, producing entertainment franchises and consulting with top media companies.

Their contemporary estate features eight bedrooms, 10 bathrooms and two half bathrooms.

And just like their iconic TV episodes and movies, it’s packed with fun.

The house is centered around a large, indoor saltwater pool, which can be viewed from the surrounding living room, the modern chef’s kitchen and a “banquet dining room,” according to the listing.

Perks continue to the lower level, which includes a gym, “full sports court,” sauna, changing rooms, a home theater and a game room.

The listing broker is Douglas Elliman’s Robin Bender.
