Supermodel and philanthropist Petra Němcová has sold her apartment in Tribeca.
The eighth-floor corner unit at 200 Chambers St., near West Street, was last asking $2.99 million — down from its 2016 asking price of $3.49 million.

Haunted by the cries of children who did not survive, and shocked to discover that the surviving kids were left without basic necessities like school, she launched her Happy Hearts Fund to help children after first responders leave natural disaster zones.
The two-bedroom, two-bathroom pad Němcová just sold is 1,400 square feet with 890 square feet of outdoor space.
The apartment features a foyer, hardwood floors, floor-to-ceiling windows, a living/dining area, a chef’s kitchen and a master suite with a spa-like bathroom.
Building amenities include a pool, lounge, children’s playroom, gym, landscaped roof terrace, business center, garage and cold storage for floral and grocery deliveries.
The listing brokers were Ian Slater, Jared Schwadrom and Tal and Oren Alexander of Douglas Elliman.
