For all the heartache and loss, there are some happy COVID-19 stories.

Take Christian Moerk. The Danish-born writer of 12 novels, including the bestseller “Darling Jim,” left his Brooklyn Heights studio in February for Paris, where he was planning to sell an apartment he owned there.

While wading through infamous French bureaucracy, he fell in love with a Danish actress.

They spent the COVID-19 lockdown together, and he has since decided to stay in the City of Light.

Now Moerk is selling his Brooklyn abode — he calls it his “treehouse” — and looking for bigger digs in Paris.

The 10th-floor co-op, at 70 Remsen St. between Hicks and Henry streets, is listed for $395,000.

At a cozy 430 square feet, it features one bathroom, a lot of personality and an affordable $1,103 monthly maintenance fee.
