The Post gets results. Emmy-winning actress Linda Dano (known for her roles on “Another World” and “One Life to Live”) has sold her West End Avenue co-op to a buyer who saw the apartment in Micki Siegel’s “At Home With . . .” profile of Dano last April.

In fact, the buyer, who’s in the wine business, liked what he saw so much that he negotiated to buy the 1,100-square-foot one-bedroom fully furnished and with all of its tasteful décor intact. Dano is even throwing in linens and towels in the $1.5 million deal. She is closing on it this week and moving to a rental just off Fifth Avenue on the Upper East Side.

For anybody else out there who appreciates Dano’s style, she’s created her own line of home accessories; the Linda Dano Home Collection will be featured on QVC on Jan. 21.
