Ben Platt, the 24-year-old Tony-winning original star of “Dear Evan Hansen,” is now the owner of an apartment at the Grand Millennium, at 1965 Broadway near Lincoln Center, per a $2.1 million transaction recorded in November in city property records.

This two-bedroom condo comes with floor-to-ceiling windows, dark herringbone wood floors and crown moldings.
It was an off-market transaction, though the unit was on the market as a $9,250-a-month unfurnished rental in 2015.
The 12th-floor apartment’s last recorded sale was in 2005 for $2.19 million.
