Derek Hough, who just left “Dancing with the Stars” (at least just for the upcoming season), has been house hunting as he prepares to star with Laura Benanti in the Rockettes’ “New York Spring Spectacular.”

One property he eyed was a rental at 554 Broome St., which is on the market for $11,500 a month.

The full-floor SoHo loft has two bedrooms.

It’s housed in a seven-story, six-unit building.

Listing broker Greg Todora of The Corcoran Group declined to comment.
