Actor Dermot Mulroney, of “My Best Friend’s Wedding” and “Young Guns” fame, is house hunting in West Chelsea.

Mulroney and his wife recently came to an open house at a new condo development at 515 W. 29th St.

The boutique building, designed by Soo K. Chan of SCDA, has 15 condos priced from $4.25 million. Some of the two- and three-bedroom homes feature terraces and double-height spaces.

Mulroney is the father of two kids with wife Prima Apollinaare and a third, singer Clyde Keener Mulroney, with his ex-wife, Catherine Keener. He is in town shooting a new show called “Prodigal Son.”

“They love the neighborhood,” our spy said, adding that Mulroney and Apollinaare expressed interest in multiple units.

Listing brokers Michelle Griffith and Kane Manera, of Corcoran, declined comment.
