The 2,143-square-foot apartment, filled with key pieces from their eponymous furniture line, has been rented by Broadway and television stars in town for work.

They bought two apartments separately in 2006 — 58G for $1.92 million and 58H for $1.08 million. The now-combined spread comes with an open kitchen and views of the Hudson River, Empire State Building and One World Trade.

Building amenities include a gym by La Palestra, a lap pool, a club with a screening room, a business center for executives and sun decks for catching rays.

The listing brokers are Corcoran’s Darren Kearns and Kerry McAleer.
