Ooh la la. Iconic designer Hedi Slimane has secretly sold his sleek, chic, all-black Gramercy Park townhouse at 65 Irving Place for an eye-popping $19.5 million.

Slimane picked up the five-story, 1846 mansion in 2014, when he was at the height of his creative powers at Yves Saint Laurent.

But like the late Karl Lagerfeld — who also owned a residence in Gramercy Park — Slimane never moved in.

Slimane first put the townhouse on the market for the ambitious price of $23 million in 2018, the year he became creative, artistic and image director of Celine. 

But earlier this month, he finally locked in a buyer at a reduced price.

That buyer is a wealthy family who has hidden their identity behind an aptly named LLC: Grand Merci. Tellement mignon!

The 8,573-square-foot home is currently configured as a three-bedroom, 3½-bathroom, fully renovated home.

It features an open chef’s kitchen, oak floors, three decks and a glass pergola that opens to a full roof deck, according to a former listing.

The townhouse also comes with two separate entrances.
