Developer Don Peebles and his wife Katrina are selling their Miami Beach condo at the historic Bath Club for $6.9 million.

Peebles was the first black member of the club in 1996. By 2000, he bought the club and built residential towers, at 5959 Collins Ave.

Peebles put $8 million into renovating the club — which he calls “exclusively inclusive” — and relaunched it last year, with membership is already virtually sold out.

The 3,640-square-foot beachfront unit is on the 18th floor. It features three bedrooms, 4½ bathrooms and stunning ocean views.

It is being sold fully furnished, with Versace wallpaper and furnishings.

A private elevator entry opens up to a large, formal living and dining area with marble finishes and a chef’s kitchen.

The main suite features double walk-in closets and two guest rooms with private balconies and ensuite bathrooms.
