Developer Steve Witkoff is listing a waterfront lot on Miami Beach’s high-gloss North Bay Road for $19.95 million.

The empty lot, at No. 4766, comes with plans for a massive 9,000-square-foot home, which will boast prime views of Biscayne Bay and Miami’s downtown skyline.

“It’s prime dirt,” a source told Gimme Shelter, adding that the site — purchased for around $7.5 million just 18 months ago — comes with approved plans by Kobi Karp. (Witkoff is also moving forward with his Auberge Shore Club redevelopment.)

The North Bay Road property’s plans envision a modern, glass-walled, seven-bedroom, nine-bathroom home facing 100 linear feet of water, offering up “the most prized sunset views,” said listing broker Dina Goldentayer of Douglas Elliman.

The plans also call for a great room, multiple entertaining spaces, waterfront lounges, a chef’s kitchen and an office with a private entrance.

What’s more, the backyard’s plans call for a pool and spa with an indoor-outdoor gym and a rooftop putting green with a lounge.

The area is also linked to some big names. Current neighbors include Shakira, Miami restaurateur and nightclub owner David Grutman — and Starwood Capital Group’s Barry Sternlicht. Past North Bay Road residents include Jennifer Lopez, Ricky Martin, Calvin Klein, Matt Damon and Phil Collins.
