Developer David Walentas is building 12 homes on part of his Two Trees Farm property in Bridgehampton.

Sales launch on Friday. The first home for sale, designed by Fleetwood & McMullan, is listed for $8.99 million.

It will be 11,000 square feet on 1.9 acres.

The exclusive broker for all 12 properties is Chris Burnside, of Brown Harris Stevens.

They are in addition to the homes that developer Joe Farrell is building on a separate part of the property that he purchased from Walentas for $11.7 million, as we also reported in Alexa.
