The Upper West Side’s famed El Dorado building may have lost Bruce Willis as a resident, but it just gained Michael C. Hall.
The Golden Globe-winning actor — best known for his roles in “Six Feet Under” and “Dexter” — and his wife Morgan just bought a 10th-floor unit in the landmarked art deco building, located at 300 Central Park West, for $4.3 million, according to city property records.
Their new pad is a 2,200-square-foot two-bedroom, whose features include a wood-burning fireplace, a dining room with space for 10 guests and an eat-in kitchen with Miele appliances. The home, which has three bathrooms, comes renovated, with new floors, and custom doors and cabinets.

This isn’t the only Big Apple home owned by Hall. In 2016, he snagged a pad for $4.28 million inside the Greenwich Lane in Greenwich Village. Public records show he still owns it, and StreetEasy shows he rented out that spread in 2016. It had last asked $13,500.

John Barnett and Carter McHyman of Douglas Elliman had the listing for the El Dorado home.
