An apartment in the famed San Remo co-op at 145 Central Park West once owned by Diane Keaton is on the market for $17.5 million. It was the first apartment she ever bought, at age 30, following the success of her Woody Allen film, “Annie Hall.”

“It was one of those remarkable apartments,” Keaton told Wine Spectator.

“There was a window on every side. Everything was wide open. That was the beginning of my true interest in architecture.”

The 1930s Beaux-Arts landmark designed by Emery Roth was the first twin-towered structure in the city. Over the years, it has housed boldface names including Steven Spielberg, Donna Karan, Tiger Woods and Steve Martin.

It’s also where Demi Moore sold her triplex penthouse for $45 million last year — down significantly from its original $75 million. The sellers of Keaton’s former unit are Lawrence Slaughter, vice chairman of investment banking and managing director at Lazard, and his wife, Constance, who paid $13.5 million for it in 2012.

The full-floor spread boasts three bedrooms and stunning city and Central Park views “in every direction,” the listing notes.

The co-op features a private elevator landing that opens to a center hall, and then a wood-paneled library with a full bath and pocket doors. Original details include a coffered ceiling in the living room, a formal dining room and a butler’s pantry.

The master suite comes with a spa-like, windowed master bathroom.

Dan Fishman, of Corcoran, has the listing.
