Famed DJ, producer and music exec DJ Khaled is in contract to sell his modern estate in South Florida.

The waterfront home, which is on a private island, was last asking $5.99 million.

The three-story property at 3914 Island Estate Drive in Aventura first went on the market for $7.99 million in 2018. (That’s the same year the Grammy Award winner bought a bigger, splashier waterfront Miami mansion for a whopping $21.75 million.)

The five-bedroom, seven-bathroom Mediterranean-style residence he has finally found a buyer for is part of a gated community called Island Estates. The half-acre property contains a pool, a hot tub, a fire pit, a bamboo grove, Biscayne Bay views and a 50-foot boat dock on 240 feet of waterfront.

Khaled bought the home for $3.84 million in 2015, then spent $2.5 million on extra touches, including 14-karat gold chandeliers decked out with Swarovski crystals.

There’s also an elevator, a granite staircase, a wine room and a chef’s kitchen. The master suite features a sitting area, a terrace and a walk-in shoe closet — with enough room for 500 pairs of sneakers.

The buyer, we hear, is a Florida-based tech mogul.
